This desert comes together by marrying Rasmali, a traditional Indian dessert made from fresh cheese, milk, pistachios and cardamom, with Tres Leches Cake, a vanilla sponge soaked with milk, whipping cream, and condensed milk. We start with an eggless vanilla sponge cake, top it with our own fresh made cardamom ricotta, and soak the cake in our rasmali cream, and top it with a cardamom whipped cream and pistachios!
